Personal meeting room

You have one permanent meeting link tied to your account. It's always ready to go — use it for spontaneous calls, or share it once so people know where to find you.

Finding your meeting room

Open Video meetings in the menu. At the top of the page you'll find your room — shown with your name (typically "Firstname's room") and a URL of the form meet.onmeil.eu/fornavn-xxxx. The Copy and Open → buttons sit right next to it.

The link is permanent

The link is tied to your account and never changes. You can safely put it in your email signature or on your business card.

Sharing your meeting room

Press Copy to put the link on your clipboard, then paste it into an email, signature, calendar invite, or chat. Recipients just click the link — no onmeil.eu account needed.

Starting the meeting

Press Open → to enter your room. If you're the first one in, you're the host. As others join via the link, you'll see them appear.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change my link?
The link is permanently tied to your account. If you have a strong reason to switch (for example, the link has been compromised), get in touch via onmeil.eu/kontakt.

Do guests need an onmeil.eu account?
No. Anyone with the link can join. They enter a name the first time.

Is the meeting room always "open"?
The link always works, but nothing runs until someone joins. An open link uses no server resources.

Can I schedule a timed meeting instead?
Yes — see Invite guests for how to create a scheduled meeting (with a title, time, and participants).

Privacy

Meetings are end-to-end encrypted between participants. Only the name you provide is shown to others.
