Feedback and suggestions
We'd love to hear from you. If you have an idea for a new feature, run into something annoying, or have a thought about how onmeil.eu should evolve — share it on our feedback portal.
Feedback lives at feedback.onmeil.eu — a dedicated site where you can:
- Suggest new features or improvements
- Vote on suggestions you support
- Comment on other people's suggestions
- Follow the status — what's planned, in progress, or done
How to log in
- Go to feedback.onmeil.eu
- Click Log in
- Choose Log in with your onmeil.eu account
- If you're not already logged in to onmeil.eu, you'll be asked for your email address and password
- Once you're logged in, you're ready to use the feedback portal
You use the same onmeil.eu account you use for email and calendar — there's no separate account to set up.
First time
The first time you click "Log in with your onmeil.eu account," you may need to log in to onmeil.eu one extra time to connect the account. That's just first-time setup — after that it's seamless.
Send feedback
Once you're logged in:
- Click Send feedback (or similar — some parts of the site are in English)
- Write a clear title that briefly describes your suggestion
- Write a description — two or three sentences are plenty to explain:
- What you're suggesting
- Why it's useful
- How you imagine it could work
- Submit
Your suggestion is now visible to other users and to us.
Vote on other people's feedback
On the front page you'll see all feedback sorted by votes or by date. Click the ▲ button next to an item to give it a vote. We prioritize feedback based on how many votes it has and how broadly it applies — so vote away!
Comment
Click a piece of feedback to open it, then scroll down to the comments. There you can:
- Discuss the details with other users
- Ask for clarification on a suggestion
- Chime in with a related idea that ties into the suggestion
Follow along
Every piece of feedback has a status:
- Suggested — in the queue, collecting votes
- Planned — we've decided to build it
- In progress — we're working on it right now
- Done — shipped in onmeil.eu
You can follow any feedback you've submitted or voted on — you'll get a notification when its status changes.
What kind of suggestions fit?
Good suggestions:
- New features that would help a lot of users
- Improvements to existing features
- Bugs or annoyances
- Suggestions about language, UX, or accessibility
- Integrations with other services
We also use onmeil.eu/kontakt for:
- Questions about your account or billing
- Urgent issues that stop you from using the service
- Privacy questions
Tips
- Search first before you submit — someone may have suggested the same thing already. Vote on theirs instead, so it carries more weight
- Be specific — vague wishes like "make everything better" are hard to act on
- Follow your own suggestions — we'll often ask for clarification in the comments
