Migrating from Outlook / Microsoft 365
Move your email, contacts and calendar from your Microsoft account to onmeil.eu. The migration copies all your data and lets you keep using your Microsoft account in the meantime.

Microsoft 365 migration uses secure OAuth authentication. You'll be asked to sign in with your Microsoft account in a popup window.
How to start the migration
- Go to Settings → Import in onmeil.eu
- Select Microsoft 365 from the providers
- Click Start import
- Sign in with your Microsoft account in the popup window
- Choose what you want to import: Email, Contacts and/or Calendar
- Click Start import to begin the transfer
What gets moved?
- Email: All your folders and messages (including Sent, Drafts and Deleted)
- Contacts: Your Microsoft address book
- Calendar: All your calendars and events
Frequently asked questions
How long does the migration take?
It depends on how much data you have. Small accounts take minutes, while large business accounts can take several hours.
Can I use my Microsoft account during the migration?
Yes, the migration only copies the data. You can keep using both services side by side.
What happens if the migration stops?
You can always restart it from Settings → Import. It picks up where it left off.
Is my password stored?
No, onmeil.eu only uses temporary access via OAuth and never stores your password.
