CalDAV

Sync your onmeil.eu calendar with iOS, Android, and desktop via CalDAV.

App password required

Before you start, you need to create an app password for your calendar client.

Calendar address

Use this address in your calendar client:

https://dav.onmeil.eu/calendar/

Apple Calendar (macOS and iOS)

1. Open the iPhone Settings → Calendar → Accounts (on your iPhone, not in onmeil.eu)
2. Choose Add Account → Other → Add CalDAV Account
3. Enter:
   • Server: https://dav.onmeil.eu/calendar/
   • Username: Your full onmeil.eu address
   • Password: The app password you created
4. Tap Next and wait for the calendar to sync

Thunderbird with Lightning/TbSync

1. Install Lightning or TbSync
2. Open TbSync and choose Add account → CalDAV
3. Enter:
   • Address: https://dav.onmeil.eu/calendar/
   • Username: Your full onmeil.eu address
   • Password: The app password you created
4. Click Add and wait for the calendar to sync

DAVx5 (Android)

1. Install DAVx5 from the Play Store
2. Open DAVx5 and choose Login with URL and username
3. Enter:
   • Base URL: https://dav.onmeil.eu/calendar/
   • Username: Your full onmeil.eu address
   • Password: The app password you created
4. Select Calendar and tap Next to finish

Advanced configuration

For calendar clients not listed above:

• CalDAV address: https://dav.onmeil.eu/calendar/
• Username: Your full onmeil.eu address
• Password: The app password you created
• Account name: onmeil.eu (or any name you like)

Calendar name

Your calendar appears as onmeil.eu in your clients. You can change the display name in the client after it's connected.

Trouble?

• Check that the app password is correct – you must use a newly created app password
• Use your full email address – not just the username
• Contact support if you still have problems
