Event history
Every event in the calendar has a history log that shows what has happened — who created it, what was changed, who replied, and whether anything was deleted. It's handy for reconstructing what went on around an event.
How to open the history
- Open the event in the calendar
- Click View full history → at the bottom of the event panel (or via the more-actions menu)
The Full history modal opens. If it takes a moment to load, you'll see Loading….
Filter by type
At the top of the modal there are buttons to filter by action type:
| Filter | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All | The entire history |
| Created | When the event was made |
| Edited | Changes to the title, time, location, description, and so on |
| Deleted | Event deletions and updates that affected it |
| Replies | RSVP replies from invitees (Going / Declined / Maybe) |
| Re-invited | When someone had an invitation sent again |
| Co-organizers | When someone was added as a co-host or removed |
| Opened | When an invitee opened the event details |
What each line shows
Each line in the history shows:
- Who performed the action (or Unknown user if it wasn't a known onmeil.eu user)
- What was done
- When — date and time
For events without a title, (no title) is shown.
Empty history
If the event was just created and nothing has happened yet, you'll see “No history to show”.
How long is the history kept?
The log stays with the event for as long as it exists. When the event is deleted permanently, its history is deleted too.
Tips
- Check the history when something looks off — for example, if the time was changed and you don't know by whom
- For recurring events, each individual occurrence is logged separately
- For shared/meeting-room events, several people can log actions — the history shows who
