Private, ad-free, and tracker-free email — built in Norway. Your inbox is sorted by thread, with the All, Unread, and Flagged tabs for a quick overview. You send and read from the same window, organize with labels and folders, and automate with simple filters.
Get started quickly
Send and receive email — Write a new message, add Cc/Bcc, schedule a send, or save as a draft. Your recipients see you with the sender name and signature from your Profile.
Attachments — Up to 20 MB per email. Larger files? Upload them under Files and send a link instead.
Set up external clients
App password — A one-time password you generate for each device (Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Outlook). Tap once, copy once — you'll never see it again.
IMAP and SMTP — Most clients detect onmeil.eu automatically. Manual settings if you need them: imap.onmeil.eu:993 and smtp.onmeil.eu:465.
Keep your inbox clean
Filters and rules — Simple if-then rules: Sender/Subject contains → Flag, mark as read, hide from inbox, or set a label. The rules run locally in your browser.
