Video meetings start right in your browser — no installation, no account for guests. You can use your personal room, which is always ready, or schedule a meeting for a set time.

Meet with your personal room

Personal meeting room — Every account has a fixed link (meet.onmeil.eu/fornavn-xxxx). Put it in your email signature, send it in a chat — or just click Open whenever you want to start.

Invite people

Invite guests — Three ways: share the meeting link directly, create a calendar event with a video meeting attached, or set up a scheduled meeting with a title and time.

Guests don't need to log in

By default, anyone with the link can join without an onmeil.eu account. Turn off Allow guests to join without an account in New meeting if you want to limit it to people who have an account.
